100 mile ride at IM race pace is really not that hard of a workout, it better not be considering you have to bike 112 then be able to run a marathon in the race, you dont need to do anything different the day before, a lot of people do long run saturday, long bike sunday since sunday is the lowest traffic day of the week

I used to be on an eight day cycle with two bike rides in the 100 to 120 mile range and two runs around 18 to 22 miles. I would usually just swim the day after.
