How big is the risk if I go eat In-N-Out Burger tonight before an Oly distance race tomorrow?
The kids want burgers and fries, not grilled chicken and rice.

provided you are not a vegan and this is not your first cheeseburger, I think you’ll be fine. I may go there myself. ![]()
Do you normally have a very sensitive stomach?
Just keep it simple, like the #4, Single with Fries
Don’t over do it with:

can’t wait going 2morrow right after my olympic race!!!
I can eat just about anything and be fine.
On my way to my last Xterra race last month, I made a note of where the In-N-Outs were located so I could hit them on the way down the mountain after the race. Ohhh, sooooo goooood.
Chris
then make sure you get it Animal Style with well done fries. enjoy.
You racing Camp Pendleton tomorrow? If so, see you there…I’m bib#1641, M35-39.
Good luck!
hi fat foods tend to delay gastric emptying and may causes upset.
Try eating as early as possible… I’m not sure of in-n-out menu. but if you can skip the fries for something a little healthier…

The only risk is not going…
Geezzz–uusss. Those of you out west are so lucky. In-n-Out is THE best. Back here East Coast we aren’t so fortunate. People who don’t know, have no idea what is being missed…
If it makes you feel any better, I’m in Canada - quite far from the nearest In-N-Out location.
The risk may actually be that they may try to convert you to be a Jesus Lemming. Don’t believe me…check out the wrappers and cups next time you are there.
BTW-Awesome Burgers (Animal Style of course) ![]()
Live Life and if you want the burger then eat it, just don’t make it a habit.
Good Luck in your Oly.
Not a big risk at all. In fact, you’ll probably do just fine so long as this isn’t your first In-n-Out burger dinner…
Get an “Animal-style” burger with fresh onions if you really like onions…
You could do MUCH worse when it comes to pre-raceday dinners…

He’s right on this one. Trust me…
The last time I was in California (my wife’s first) I called In-N-Out’s 1-800 number and asked them to direct us to their nearest location. They did. It was awesome.
In-N-Out is the best.
Anyone in South Jersey should check out the Weber’s drive-up restaurants in South Jersey.
OK, I’m stupid. What the !@#$%^&*() is a In-N-Out Burger? Tim

Tasty burgers, but bad business that wrecks the character of neighborhoods. See Walmart thread!
Btw, to the original poster… Why do you care what your kids want/don’t want? Dude, you’re the father, they’ll eat what you assign and like it! Kids should never eat that crap.
