Might have been me cursing the hill you heard or it was me cussing my teammate for talking me into doing that race!!!

Egan, not sure how much ST cred is worth but if you submit some results/USAT rankings they will seed you amongst the top 100ish. It really doesn’t matter much as you’ll be re-seeded after the puke inducing super sprint on Friday night if I remember correctly. The nice thing about asking for a seed is that the bike for the sprint basically goes up a hill then screaming back down…it’s nice to know you’re amongst (hopefully) competent bike handlers when going 50+ mph
Man, I wish we could have done that race together…it would be nice to have someone close by to rescue me from drowning on that second Oly on Saturday.
I want to see if I can mount a small camcorder to my aero bars for that hill, it is so hard to explain when you feel like you are just going back and forth with no end in sight and that crazy drop off right next to you.

I was either dropping f-bombs or laughing hysterically that I had actually paid money to do this to myself…at one point on that hill I found myself thinking: “ya know, I paid all this money, I might as well make the day last a while…” and it did …that hill went on forever…but if it were just a little less steep, it would be a peasant little climb with the woods all around and such…
