They just sold out of foundation spots also.

I liked the way they used to do it. Seems like you could go to Ironman website and see just how many Foundation slots each race still had. Now it seems to be a mystery.
I would say less than 30 days.
If you are thinking you want to do that race and are will to buy a foundation slot, pull the trigger.
Also better make your hotel reservations now.
I ran it SUN, but things went horribly wrong 1/2 through the run. By the time I was physically able to think about registering, it was full. I’m fine with paying for a foundation spot - I’m just short on cash for a few weeks. I’m fairly local, so I don’t need to worry about lodging.
