Hi you all!
I hope you give me a hand with my position improvement
Thanks

Looks to me like your seat might be a smidge high and maybe you could move your elbow pads in. But you have to be comfortable. I only say that because your elobows should not really extend passed your thighs. Of course that is just a rule of thumb. I think it looks pretty good.
ok, let me be the first:
looks good. everyone here will be bagging on you soon to trim off the top of that steerer tube. and possibly to paint your walls.
you look comfortable, but could you be rotated forward/down a little bit? not sure if you can take out any more spacers, but how about a flat or neg.rise stem?

Tht´s what i though, the steem i´m using is a 110mm 7º, which one would you recommend(shorter, grades,)?
Doo you think is the correct frame size?
Are the pictures working?

I am no expert but I noticed that your seat was tilted forward a very long way. Is that comfortable? You don’t feel that you are sliding forward and have to constantly reposition backwards? I’d be surprised if that doesn’t create some issues (perhaps with your postural and phasic musculature…).
Cheers

I´ll level the saddle, and also lower it a bit.
Which steem should i look for to lower my elbows.
Dou you recogn I shouls put my saddle back to straigthen my back?
Thank for your help
From my quick observation,
You can get an adjustable stem and fool around with different angles, then buy the one that most closely matches what you are doing.
.
You need to get better shit in your house for us to look at, and wear that helmet or the Kestral girl will be all over you.
I think you look pretty damn good. If you can get good breathing ma¥be the front could go a tad lower, But you are way lower than several top Tour pros that have spent time in the tunnel. Again your elbows may be a pinch wide, but if you aren’t comfortable with themI would keep what you have. I personally think if that is your best position of power I wouldn’t change a damn thing.
what is with the slope on the seat, level that sucker
.
A lower profile aerobar will let you get a little lower. It looks like you have the profile aerolites on there. I have a pair and they tend to sit very high. I believe the new T2’s sit low and are pretty cheap. Now go fix your saddle.
Position looks good and might be a bit more aero with the suggestions already made to lower the front.
dude, your setup looks fine—you are aero. while you could make a few more tweaks here or there to save you an extra minute in an IM, your position is good enough.
if i were you, I would spend your time working on your running, you will find much greater gains to be had from improving your running off your existing position
