I bought the bike case that allows ant+ access to my I phone about 6 months ago. Because my phone couldn’t handle 3-5 hour bike rides, I bough the extended battery. The plug pulled out the receptacle from my case. I wrote them up, they asked for an address and a picture for their records, I’m getting a new one. I’m impressed.
