Any other unfortunate souls out there who cannot register the course? I’ve tried the manual procedure, but can’t locate the .reg file where it is supposed to be. Not much help in the Racermate forums. Humans are unavailable.
I think I had this problem with one of their first courses a few years back. I’d search in 3 places:
- the entire directory hierarchy rooted at the top-level directory where you installed the Real Course Video application (e.g., c:\Real Course Video).
- your Windows user account home directory, and the ‘All Users’ directory. For simplicity’s sake, just search everything in c:\Documents and Settings.
I remember finding the .reg file, but not where they said it should be.
