IMOO Aid Stations

Where are the bike aid stations at IMOO? I know there is a bike aid station at the top of the hill in Mt Horeb and Cross Plaines…

i’m not sure where the other aid stations are…I’m trying to figure out if I should carry my infinit in bags or make a concentrate and the locations of the water stops will determine which way I go…
thanks

make a concentrate. less fuss. less to think about.

last year i mixed 2 bottles with 3.5 servings (7 scoops) concentrated in each bottle. took 1 on the bike, made sure i was done that one by the 1/2 way point and grabbed the full one at special needs. used an aerobottle on the front for clear water and refilled every aid station. there are plenty of them. you’re not likely to be left without water for any amount of time, don’t worry about it.

On a side note===rode the loop yesterday. Be careful on Timber Lane. There is a ton of the pea gravel still on the road and it is like riding on ball bearings

This map may or may not help you…as the map is from 2005 and I haven’t stayed abreast of any course changes…but it was spot on last year.

Good luck.

On loop 1 is special needs also an aid station or only special needs?

Just looking at the map - if you skip Bike Aid 1 at Mile 13 then you have to wait till mile 30 for Bike Aid 2.

I want to say the aid station near special needs was water only…but I’d definately ask at the athletes meeting.
