IMLP Community Fund slots

The IMLP website says that community fund slots will be available as of 9am ET today and I don’t see anything on the website. Where should I be looking? How long do these usually sell out in?

Thanks, just found it. I’m filling in the form and notice that they don’t ask for “Country.” I’m figuring that’s just an oversight, but are these slots open to Canadians?
