Zulu (Shaun) did a 5:12:59 bike split! Pretty impressive given that he ha been unable to train since being knowed off his bike a month ago!
Bella Comerford is eating up the run course and had cut the gap to the leader to less than 3:25, she also was the only woman to break 3:10 on this course last year. Could she become a 3 time winner here?

He has been to your side of the pond - he is the host of Americas Most Wanted TV program. In the US if you end up on “AMW” and are wanted - you are pretty much as good as busted. The TV station tried to cancel it is afew years back and their fan base went about nutty. Kinda weird that one of the hottest TV shows is one about our worst citizens…then we bust em.
