Reading all of the IM race reports over the past week has me thinking about IMF (my first IM).
What gels are served on the run course?
What other food items do you remember them having?
Thanks

The Athlete Guide, which will come out about a month prior to the race, will list everything, but basically you’re looking at PowerGel, and foodwise, you’ll have bananas, oranges, cookies, pretzels, chicken broth, and of course Coke, water, and Gatorade.
Thanks. I was mainly wanting to know gel brand so that I could start using it on runs now to make sure no GI issues. Not sure how PowerGel stacks up to Hammer Gel, but I’ll have to check.
