Does anyone know what is happening with the race package pick up for IMC this year. In the past I have usually received it in the mail by now but I have’nt done the race for a while now and perhaps they have changed procedure.

Todays triathletes would find this odd, but years ago we would actually wait and see how the training was going early in the season then mail off our entry for IMC in March or April and then they would mail back our acceptance. As easy as that!

You know…your post got me thinking. Last time I did the race was 2000. Eight years is not that long ago but look at the massive changes triathlon has seen in just eight years. The bike technology, the wetsuit changes, and just the number of people participating in the sport.
Kinda neet to see.

For those of you wondering the same thing, race package will be downloadable from the IMC website aprox. two weeks before the race.
