So I have a friend staying in Scottsdale, Saguaro Hotel, who is looking for a quick (30-45 min) & easy ride out in those parts. She has access to a car but doesn’t want to go ride down at the race site due to congestion & construction. Any suggestions? Thanks team.
Not much to add, but avoid Thomas road between the 101 and where it hits the beeline, if she’s going by bike.
Road it on Thursday and was chased by 7 dogs in 3 separate incidents over a 1 mile stretch.
Seriously.
She could just ride Indian School west, turn around and come back. Otherwise, Indian School west to 68th, head north towards Camelback Country Club (route should show up on mapmyride) loop around and come back.
