Ironman on Facebook just posted that it’s almost sold out as of 11:36am pacific time.
(edit thought it did say it was sold out, but read it wrong).

i see NO reason to spend the $$ to go to Madtown next year to register.

still says open. If I knew it would still be open, I wouldn’t have waited in line for 3 hrs.

In previous years it was pretty much the only way to get in.(waiting in line that is).
Registration still open…Ironman Facebook page just posted less than 100 slots remain.
I got my slot at the terrace this morning.
When it fills up with 3000 people that paid $625+ … Then go over and check out Cedar Point and Rev3. Save your $200 and take you family to the park for the day AND have a great race experience!
Unless your goal is to go to kona, and you actually have a fighting chance, I’d save the money and go for the better time at rev3

I just want to see them be successful so I can keep racing with my families seal of approval. And I’d like to see a little bit larger field,only a little. I assure you it’s strictly selfishness.
