Just curious what people are eating on their IM bike legs. Got my first IM next month, and I guess I’m going with the PB&J, PowerBars, and gels. It’s all worked great in training. I haven’t needed any extra sugar, salt or calories.
Anybody got any other good ideas? Yeah, yeah, I know, don’t try anything you haven’t already used in training … yada yada. I’m just wondering what others pack with them.
