Pretty sure this one is going to result in a large cash settlement.
That gas station is about 2 minutes from my house.
Initially the kid working there was wrong, keep in mind entry level job, working alone at 11:30 at night, following instructions from his manager. Not excuses, but you can see how people in entry level positions, working alone etc can be prone to screwing up.
… but this guy flipped out and proceeded to really (verbal, agitated etc) flip out once the cops got there.
Apparently video is somewhere with the police and this likely isn’t going further.

Plus the other wrinkle in the story is it was not just the guy and his dog… there was also a traveling companion who ( I am assuming was sighted ) and could have gotten the coffee more quickly and efficiently for the both of them. Sounds like the blind guy had a chip on his shoulder.

I don’t think that’s really the point.
What if it was a white person and a black person and the black person was refused service. Would you still say that the black person should have just stayed in the car and let the white person take care of it?
