I can’t find anything on the IM web site or IMKY’s site to determine yes or no on the wet suit.
Any help?
There should be no way it’s legal. I heard someone say 80 degree water the other day. if it legal, there should be no temp. limit. It does not get any hotter
Depends on if they can’t see the thermometer because it’s too dark (other thread reference). They’ll measure the water temp race morning to determine legality of wet suits.

If water is 80 then then no wetsuits (although there possibly if you want to you can wear one but no awards or kona spots. Although in hawaii one year not sure if same holds today they did allow 70year old plus athletes to wear wetsuits hawaii is usually about 80 degrees.
