Quick question
Does anyone know if IM Frankfurt open up new slots in Jan? I did read somewhere that it has done so in the past. Was wondering if this is the usual practice or just “one offs” on the past?

I don’t know exactly when additional slots open up, but I can say that they do open up. I got in in 2009, because it was just at the right time when additional slots came online.
FWIW: it’s an excellent race!

I did the race in 2010 ,great race would have been better if it didn;t rain all day:)) I kid you not!
Was always hoping to go back, 2014!

I did the race in 2010 and it was in the high 90s and sunny all day. It was so hot the swim was non wetsuit. I think you have your year wrong…

It was probably 2011 then, the year it rained non stopped!! I remember not drinking much on the bike as it was freezing cold and hardly drank and only wanting to pee throughout the whole bike ride!

I did I made it. I thought it would go like the Roth supplemental, 37 seconds but it lingered on for almost two days.

If it asked for the code it was too late, during the registration it didn’t ask for one. Sorry you missed it.
