What is the energy gel being served at IM FL? Does anyone know the flavors available on the course?

I’d take/buy your own if you like a specific flavor. At IMCDA they only had raspberry or something like that. I prefer choc or vanilla and hauled my own.

Last year at IMFL they had ORANGE G-rade on the run with ORANGE GU. By mile 10 anything that looked, smelled, or tasted orange made me want to puke. They did not have assorted flavors of GU at any of the aid stations and I finished just inside the top 25% of the field.
