This was my 1st IM and in spite of tough swim and bike conditions I had a great day and perhaps someone somewhere will read this and know that if she can do it so can I

I remember seeing you out on the course! You always were smiling! AND those pink Boas on your transition bags…great idea! I’m going to borrow that one!
FYI-For the swim, when you are treading water in waves like that, turn around so the water isn;t hitting you in the face.
