If you used TriSport Express, obviously you received your bike and gear bag much later than you were told you would receive it prior to the race. Did you have issues with damaged gear, bike, etc? I received my bike back damaged and have left three unique messages and sent an email with no response inquiring with James D. Scoggins (Darrin) regarding an insurance claim. The company’s website has been pulled down as well. I am now pursuing additional avenues. Please share any details about your experience using TriSport Express for IM Cozumel.
