Did i read that wron or did it say he was drunk at 9am? that kid has killed 3 people while under the influence all before he was legal to drink. they should lock him up and throw away the key.

The fact that he is not locked up for life leaves me speechless, I thought of all kinds of horrible things I could post here and nothing did this justice.

this should be required reading for anyone who thinks that a guilty conscience is sufficient penalty for a driver who kills a cyclist, jogger, pedestrian, etc. that guy should have already been in jail.
