Just rcvd an email from www.iceboxathlete.com targeting triathletes concerning metal skills. Anyone have any experience/recommendations with this group or any other group for that matter?

recieved mail as well and looked at site. doesn’t look like it is designed exclusively for tri athletes but sport in general. There are samples which are good. From the little I know about sports psychology there doesnt seem to be anything new but it does cover all the major areas and most books only cover 2 if you are lucky. Putting it on cd does make it very user friendly.Think i’ll give it a try.If it does what it says it does for $90 i’ll be happy.
where did you get $90 from. On the site it says $130 ($129.99)
