29ers are 700c just a bit wider. so he essentially does have 29ers on there.
oh yes, duh. maybe some custom 750 or 800’s then.
Given that this bike was custom built, why does he have so many spacers and an up-turned stem? Did they run out of carbon when making that head tube?

I wonder this same thing every time I see one of the custom brands with spacers.
There is like 1 thing a custom bike is good for, and that is a perfectly spacerless, flat stem, low rise headset cap setup.
