lets see the competition!
you two are going to have some tall children!!! ![]()
You always tout the benefit of a wheel cover as gospel in just about every post of yours that I’ve ever read yet you are riding in a loose fitting tri top that looks like it is flapping in the wind and catching more air than a dozen wheel covers could ever make up for…Only on Slowtwitch. ![]()
it used to fit tight! then I did a marathon
lol
usually I wear no shirt at all but it was cold
I need a skinsuit!

Well… if your wife ditched the drop bars and STI shifting, regular helmet, flapping number, open and loose jersey, round tubed frame…
You leg hair is losing you at least 1/10sec over 180km.
Someone else already mentioned the baggy jersey…
aero positioned Kensho
not most aero bikes!

Combined height: 3.5 m
Combined mass: 137 kg
Combined CdA (at 0 deg of yaw): 0.41 m^2
Combined FTP: 565 W
I think you need to ride a front disc. LOL. That’s pretty aero, I was expecting some tandem bike though.
the wife is a downhill rider
she is into the rough stuff
just ride down and let the lift drag her up
her bike is nicer then your fiancee’s ![]()
well bigger.
seeing Andrews post…man…you got served.

I’m not so sure, my back is flatter than his
the fiancee’ does refuse to wear an aero helmet though, that is going to hurt =)
.
I guess we need to have the four of you do a ride-off and see who has the lowest combined time then.
Is a flat back more aero or is that a can of worms that shouldn’t be opened?
we might have to make him use one leg to pedal to equalize the power output
.
here is an odd question…if you all ran at equal power outputs…is this when we would see the real benefit of the aero advantage? Obviously rider size will make a difference as well.
Dude, regardless of anything else, those black 8" high socks have got to go! ![]()
If you are currently one of the people who look like \ on a bike instead of —
you will see the benefit the next race you do if you can get — comfortably and powerfully. It isn’t subtle!

Man I keep thinking “ok it is Texas and winter is over I don’t need to bring any warm clothes”…and then it was 32 degrees that morning and those were the only socks I had, lol
if you shaved your legs like your counter part…THEN you would be the most aero…

Yeah, the only drawback is the ability to race at the same time!

BTW, that is a hard to beat couple…
