I pulled a zabrinski (pics to come) + TSR

Sorry about your luck, hope you feel better.

Glad you are ok man.

Glad to see your (relatively) ok and that you’ll come out the other side with no permanent damage. Now all you have to do is to admit that you are truly a member of the peaceful tribe and admit that your first thoughts were “is my bike ok?”

I have a right ultegra shifter that is all yours, but . . . it isn’t exactly the best working piece of equipment. It is 2000 ultegra, the year when the shifters were a little wonky. some days it performs great, some days you have to shift up twice and down once just to get some movement in the gears. Sorry I don’t have anything better, but its all yours if you want. A good cleaning (spraying out the guts of it with some progold or what-not) usually gets it going for a week or so. PM me if your interested–just realize that some stuff is free for a reason. eddie.

David, if you know anyone heading to the Peterborough half Ironman get them to synch up with me (613-297-0091 cell) and I have an extra set of drops that you can have for free.

Send me a PM to line things up.

Definitely PM Record10Carbon as he more bicycle stuff floating around than my local bike shop - he should be sympathetic with your fractured wrist as well
.

Dude,

My heart goes out to you. I was there earlier this week. Broken collar bone on left side, eight stitches on the right. No fun being hurt. Hope you get better. Be thankful you are not floating in the stream/river/lake you were crossing over. The wrist sucks, but it’s immobilized. Be careful when you change the dressings on the road rash. Neosorin works wonders on the elbows, knees and face. Anything along the thigh and any really large rash areas, use Johnson and Johnson “Advanced Healng Adhesive Pads.” They’ve worked wonders.

Post pictures. I put one up of me in the ambulance.

Feel better,

Jason
