TriCan performance standards to race world cup at an 32.30 10k, and a 18.00 1500 i believe… pan american cups and below are less strict, I think elite status?

swim no problem. is that a stand alone 10km time or in a oly distance event?

to answer your other question, i believe most ITU races are scheduled as part of a weekend of racing, including AG events. But, I’m not sure about the new World Champs series.

thanks Craig. The travel thing is the big question at the moment. She would be doing media stuff with them. Our concern is whether it is worth re-locating and me finding a new job in Vancouver. The timelines are really tight as well.

A friend of ours was in the position before so we are really picking her brain at the moment.
