I´m living a dream! (Bike Pjorn)

I´ve always followed the old school line that “Equipment doesn´t matter, its all about fitness” I guess I´m a bit wrong when comes to cycling! After riding my last racing bike for 7 straight years, I was very very surprised with how a new bike, new technology can make a difference, I guess now I can´t blame the bike for not outsplit Norman Stadler anymore! For the first time I´m riding something completely new!

Planet X Stealth Carbon Frameset (Thanks Dave and Peter)
Ultegra 10s parts - DA Crankset (Thanks Toni at maisbike)
Fizik Aliante Saddle (Ok, this is not new but I love it!)

I´m not sure how the quality of the picture is going to be, but bike is so HOT i can´t stop staring at it!

Swweeeet. I’m not sure you have enough drop, though.
.

More drop = being able to file his nails on the front tire w/out taking his hands of the bars.

Nice ride, after 7 years you deserve the upgrade.

Could you get a drink mix to match the black/grey tone the blue just seems to stick out a little

All kidding aside sweet ride enjoy it!

Peace,
RF

Sweet ride, what stem is that?

Nice ride! What did you have before?

Glad to see you found an upgrade.

You were on the old Felt B2 from Answer correct?

You wouldn’t believe what a big time saver that is.

Very nice Vinnie. Congratulations!

Hey Vinnie ,

Very nice bike and set-up … very agressive also …

And about IM Brazil , are you going for top 5 now ???

Hi Luiz, Top 5 is the goal, and hopefully some Kona Slot is going to roll down straight into my hands! How is your training going?

-The stem is called “Trans X” US$20, pretty cool as there is a huge X in the clamp, so it kinda fits the bike brand.

-Yep, I was on a Felt B2 before, the Answer-Easton Model, 1999 or 2000 model, not sure as I bought it 2nd hand.

-Drop is not as huge as it seems, and gotta take advantage on the older guys with stiffer backs!!! I suppose within few years I´ll need another stem.
