I LOVE to run

After about 3 months of no running following a knee injury and arthroscopic surgery…I hit the track today. I could have pitched a tent and rotated intervals all night.

There is just something almost magical about the whole process of running that gets my motor runnin’. I can’t imagine what I would do if I was ever permanently prevented from running. And I can’t tell you how many times I wish I had started this stuff when I was 15 instead of 35. No looking back though…only forward…

I totally agree with you Jim! I had ACL reconstruction last May and not being able to run from last February-August was horrible for me. I made it and am doing great now! Did my first trail run ever today with know problems at all. My mom was worried about me due to the hills/snow, but I had my YakTrax on and was fine. I placed third…whoohoo!!! It wasn’t a big race, but hey there were 40 of us crazy runners out there and we had a ball!!!

very cool…whoohoo indeed!
