and goes straight to Hell. Regardless of what position you hold on the feeding tube issue what kind of monster keeps parents of dieing child out of the room? I hope he dies a slow, lonely, painful death.
The parents, their kids, lawyer and friends have been calling him a murderer. Yeah, just the people I want to spend a stressful, emotional, gut wrenching moment with.
OK Casey…but no source will ever be able to make that piece of crap look like a human. To maintain your personal differences to the point of excluding parents is beyond words. Can’t set it aside for a day? One day? Then you can go back to fighting for the rest of your miserable days.
Regardless of the hatred between them you don’t keep parents from a dieing child. I don’t even have kids and I can see how mean that is. I am sure if you would have told the parents that they were going to be in the room together and everyone needed to show the respect and dignity that a passing of a life deserves they would have been happy to comply.
not to be picky here…but if he gets hit by a bus and goes straight to hell there really wouldn’t be a lot of suffering (at least not the kind that would satisfy you I’m guessing) involved would there. Now irony would be if he got hit by a bus and had to be put on life support for X number of years before someone decided to pull his plug (after many long years of legal battles and judicialy delays). Thinking that would suit your anger a bit more…just guessing.
I never claimed to be either of the labels you just hit me with but compassionate would be not keeping her parents out. As for culture of life, I haven’t posted on the live/die debate posts so I will not start here. That decision was already made and the debate was over. All he had to do was set aside his control for 1 day.
Move on, already. There are real problems in the world. Thanks for the update, I thought I solved them all as of 10:30 this morning but I guess not. The post wasn’t intended to imply that this was the most critical issue today, rather just to highlight how much of a jerk he is. By the way, most of what is kicked around here is hardly a “real problem”
Well I think you will have to sit through the court battle (or at least fight) on where she will be buried first. Then, we can go back to Michael Jackson
I am sure if you would have told the parents that they were going to be in the room together and everyone needed to show the respect and dignity that a passing of a life deserves they would have been happy to comply.
I believe he went beyond proper consideration to even allow them to visit with her while she was alive.
Don’t worry. He’s no more of a shithead than you are.
If I didn’t have brain waves, my cortex was liquified, couldn’t communicate, was shitting myself, I would hope that:
my wife would go on with her life, because I love her and want her to live as fully as possible while she’s on this earth.
fight to have my rotting carcass unconnected like Michael Schiavo did. Although if she wanted to give up after a couple of years, I wouldn’t blame her.
Don’t forget the demand she be interned in Pennsylvania at his families plot. I know I would want my wife interned or buried in a state that neither her family nor I live in, but his actions were all for Terry because he loved(s?) her.
HIS family?!! What a crock. He has a new wife and two kids. She’s about as connected to HIS family in PA as Jesse and Michael Jackson are connected to reality…
What exactly is your issue here? The guys spent the last 15 years by his wife’s side, even though he fell in love again and had children. He was, according to most of her doctors, Terri Schiavo’s most frequent visitor. He spent nearly every minute by her side after the tube was removed, only leaving when her parents wanted to see her. He refused several offers of $1million or more to just divorce her. He wanted her to die in peace, instead of in the middle of a media circus, and the same with her burial. He said that he was burying her in his family’s plots because he didn’t trust her family to allow the ceremony to take place without bringing the media or protesters or someother form of distraction. Do you really think they would have? During her death, the doctors sent the brotherand sister out of the room, and they told Mr. Schiavo to come quickly because she was about to die. After she died in his arms, Schiavo left the room, allowed her family to come in, and told them they could take any remembrances the wanted to. The parents weren’t even on the hospice grounds when she died. Maybe if you read all the facts first, you’d come to a better position.
