I showed up at the biathlon range with a bunch of other weaponry and the marshals were all over my ass. Sticks, hammers, screwdrivers, alarms, knives, arrows, axes and chainsaws aren’t allowed to be thrown at the targets. They even took away my slingshot. Mace/pepper spray got in my fellow competitor’s eyes, and I was penalized for “unsportsmanlike conduct”. Calling the police got me laughed at the first time, and threatened with jail time for wasting a Peace Officer’s time on subsequent calls.
I call bullshit. Your post was believable up until the mace/pepper spray comment. You and I both know that civilians can’t get their hands on that stuff. Should have said bear spray. FAIL.
in Ca you can if you take a class and get the license!
If by Ca you mean California, I’ve been buying pepper spray and mace over the counter for years and never had to take a class or get a license. When did this happen?
