I have AG sorted Kona Start List - how do I upload this to ST?

I have an XLS Age Group sorted Kona start list my wife put together. Is there any way to upload this to ST in case anyone wants to see it?

However, I’ve created a subdivision to race against…49 year old roll downs…I will take on any and all challengers in this division!!..
