I guess my bike ride this morning was just a little boring.
I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday. Hurt bad swimming, hurt even worse when I tried to do sit-ups.
Had the bright idea to put my tubie race wheels on and go try some tt’s. Got out riding. It hurt to bad to get out of the saddle or twist my neck to look behind me.
I road about twenty miles on really bumpy chip-seal road. (Probably shouldn’t have pumped my tires up to their usuall ball busting 160 psi.)
My seat raddled loose, had to ride the last twenty-five miles really carefully.
It started to rain half-way through. Luckily it wasn’t cold rain, it was that really humid, lung clogging smog.
Got back close to town and had to add an extra six miles because the route I’d planned to take just had gravel dumped on it. I jsut finished icing my back for twenty minutes.
Boring ride.
