I will post piccies, denver is dark and wintery compaired to back home in santa barbara CA. I waited 2 years, got the bike built in a half day and got sent away for work before I could even ride it. its not a Tri bike either, I gave my road bike to my dad so needed a replacement

tantalizingly close, its a pro machine in red, size 51. Nt chorus though its a full on cross breed! many componant manufacturers are installed! although thinking about the photos now I have a red tubie on the back wheel instead of the black pre requisite, this may be bad form…

I used to when I lived in LA. I always used to be very happy if I made it up to the stop before the descent and the fast group had not left for the sprint yet! There is also another great crit ride on tuesday nights at 6pm at the pasadene rose bowl I ued to do weekly but I heard it got canned as of late due to some riders getting a touch expressive with some motorists!
Thats what I read as well, any idea where to find out for sure or not? Sunday morning is tough for me because I work at a night club and hit the sack at 3am!! I will still do it, but probably not every week. 6pm sounds perfect (except for the traffic getting there)

what was the damage?
Its a pro machine BMC, SRAM front and rear der. sram shifters, Dua ace front crank, Fizik-K saddle and zip bars, oh yeah and zero G brakes. After some weedling and using some parts from the garage I got the bike finished for 4K, its probably retailing for 7-8 ish.
I built my wife the BMCin the background a year before and had to get one!
