Okay, I give up. What the hell are the drafting rules for the IM bike? I’ve been watching the live updates from NZ all day, and they are saying things like “…this guy is riding solo…” and “…the leaders have broken away from the main pack…” There were similar statements at Kona. I don’t get it. What are the rules? Why are they talking about packs, and why is it strange that a guy is riding solo? It’s a triathlon! Aren’t you supposed to ride solo?
Are the rules the same for AG and pro?
