WOW this is amazing thing that I have built. I drew it up on Auto-Cad and sent plans down to the factory floor and they couldn’t get it done…so the old engineer had to come down and do it himself…I think this helmut could save me up to 10 minutes for an Ironman.
Looks pretty cool, Are you going to figure out a way to get those ripples out of the cover? if not those will slow you down a lot

its made of mainly masking tape…so I could try and tape over it again…but its tough to get it really smooth

Is this legal for me to race if the helmet it is built around has the correct sticker?
I tried it on the road and it was holding together really well…so I wont get a penalty for littering
