I’ve got an altitude tent for sale on Ebay. Only 2 years old with 2300 hours on it and in excellent condition. Here’s the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120456912158&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_500wt_1182
Still $1,000!
True, it is still $1,000 but your above ad is a link to an ebay auction with over five days left. I am not pretending to have authority and I personally don’t have a problem with your methods but I think the forum moderaters will be discussing this with you when it is found. The classified forum rules state the following: “NO AUCTION LINKS: Your ad here must be “self-contained”. Include whatever it is the reader needs in your Slowtwitch Classified. You may not “point” the reader to another classified or auction link.” My question is a simple one. Can you consider coming up with a price for Slowtwitchers?
seems if you are going to be running in college, you would want to keep using it right? unless you are going to CU - Boulder? Just my thought, what size bed does the tent fit over or is it meant to be used on the floor not with a bed? Or on top of a bed?
college chicks dig the altitude tent!
Looks like the $1000 was a slowtwich price. Considering the tent’ bid is now over $1500 on e-bay. But I agree with your statement on the ST classified rules, pretty clearly stated.
The OP probably didn’t know what he was doing. I’ve got to say though, looks like a pretty sweet deal.
It does look like a good deal. I want to do Leadville 100 at some point. I’m from the midwest, so the altitude will be an issue. This would be cheaper than going out to the race early to acclimate.

I was actually thinking of doing the same thing for another race in Colorado. BOL
