Every Sunday I teach a really intense spinning workout…within a half-hour of that workout I immediately have to use the bathroom and continue throughout most of the day. Is my diet causing this or is it my heartrate since I’m working at such a high intensity?
How much coffee do you drink before this class? (or any caffeine for that matter) J/curious.

I don’t drink coffee before class. I do drink coffee on a daily basis about 2 cups sometimes 1/2 cafe 1/2 decaf
Possible food intolerance?
