I’ve had my hydrotail for a few months and its been great. But I recently noticed it starting to crack a little bit by the seatpost clamps. It’s not completely broken yet, but I am worried that it will splinter during a ride.
I’m going to shoot them an e-mail, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this and found some sort of quick fix, thanks!
Btw, I don’t use the same seatpost clamps that came with the product. Those things are shit, imho. I took the clamps from my Xlab Flatwing and they seem to be working much better. Sorry, I have no problems with it cracking so I can’t help you there.

my bf had a problem and called them and they send new clamps right away, he was extrememly happy with customer service but had problems again at IMLP and wnt to hardware store to fix it. He seemed happy after that. pm him (jetlink)

What did andrew say? Ive dealt with him before for getting straps and it couldnt have been any easier. I ask because mine is starting to show small cracks in the same spot.
