Hy-Vee Disk or 404

If anyone has done Hy-Vee Olympic Distance event, are the hills on the bike course long and steep enough where you would want to use a Zipp 404 in the rear even if a disk was available? The course profile makes it look like a massive climb but I am not sure that it is in the middle of Iowa.

disc’s don’t kill people… people kill people.

what goes up must come down?

how long (% of race) is spent on the hills? is a disc going to slow you down for that small percentage?

if i was racing i would tell YOU to use the 404…

Disc. Hills may rise 80-100 feet in a quarter mile. Nothing too substantial. And the first and last 6 miles are pretty flat.

M35-39 - Zipp 404

Any other divsion…run thet disc. Thanks…
