Had to post what a great job fitwerx2, the new boston area location for fitwerx did for me.

My softride melted down 3 weeks before ironman france (next weekend). Im a very weird fit (all legs), so i needed something custom. Guru says their delivery times are 4-8 weeks. Fitwerx made a few calls, and told me they could get me one, same price as normal, in 2 weeks. Every other day, guru called me, saying the schedule had slipped, and then an hour later fitwerx would call me telling me they had “unslipped” the schedule and we were back on track again.

Then, when the bike came (it shipped a day late, fitwerx ended up paying extra for express shipping to get it to me on the promised date, didnt charge me for it), the whole team stayed late on a friday night getting it together- everyone was there until about 7:30 pm.

On top of all that, the bike fits and rides great.

I have NFI (no financial interest) in fitwerx, but just wanted to point out what a great job they did.

That’s good to hear. I made the trip up to VT from Boston last year and couldn’t have been happier with the work they did for me. It’s great that they are now much closer to me. It’s also good to hear that they adhere to the same level of service in the new shop as the original. You’ve reminded me that I need to head over there and check them out. I hope they do well there.
