Sad to see the passing of Arizona coach Ron Johnson. If you have not read his recent book titled “Romancing The Water” you should. It is by far the best book I have seen to help triathletes understand the nuances of swimming. While it talks about training methods and techniques it is unique it clarifying how to develop a feel for the water. I have shared my copy several times over with others. It is $25 well spent.
