I just wear my watch - I put it so the watch part is on the front of my wrist (not the usual back) - so when I’m on my aero bars - I just roll my wrist a touch and can see it…I then wear it on the run…
No it does not bother me. Why would it?
Powertaps, SRM, and Ergomo all pick up non-coded wrist straps…not sure about others.
I leave mine on the bike…I watch close on the bike - presuming I am racing at IM distance. Then do the run at what I feel I can - screw the HR. Training, i take 45 seconds and take it off my bars.
