I had a few weeks where I was having periods of “black out”. They initially thought it might be siezure related so they gave me a 24 hour monitor to wear and monitor my heart beats/rythm. I had sex that night and when I went in to have the monitor evaluated I could hear them laughing behind the door when they read the rate and time relations. They were full of laughs when they came out. It was obvious what they were up to. Cute girls too.
We’ve had this subject discussed some months ago. The real question is who HASN’T?!

Last time measured: 208 at the peak for only :30. During the rest of the effort, only 175 for 35:18; 140 during warmup , which was 24:12.
If I could manage doing the peak at intervals, then I would be one hella fit guy.
Let me add this: I was doing it with a female cyclist who didn’t care, and was amused and interested. If I still had that computer, I would pull it up from my Polar Coach software. I think many women would be HIGHLY offended if you wore a HRM during love-making.
