I couldn’t find this question in archives, so if it’s there just point me. Thanks but, what is a good drop rate (seconds) for HR after an interval? Say a hill repeat. Eg. like from 170bpm to 124bpm in seconds. Anyone? And second part - what are pro HR drop times? Just curious I heard that 30-40 beats in less than a minute is good. What’s Real good, but realistic?

I’d like to know also how HR drop can be considered an good fitness indicator … , I’m sure somebody already made an study for that ( maybe Dr. Coogan already saw one… )
