I’m looking for a heart rate strap/device that will transmit to both my treadmill and 910 at the same time. Love the large display of my treadmill, but also the data recording of the 910. This is a link to my treadmill. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

No. From the specs on your treadmill the HRM are the hand grip sensors only. I could be wrong if your treadmill somehow has ANT+ or Bluetooth capabilities though.
Best option is to get a Garmin Foot Pod and use your 910 (you can just plop it in front of the display instead of on your wrist to glance at it.
Usually treadmills use Polar Uncoded heart rate straps. I’m not aware of a strap that transmits both Polar and ANT+. You could wear something like the SOCHE on your wrist, and then a regular Polar HRM chest strap for the treadmill and still get both.
