got here today as part of the canadian team to do the world championships this sunday.
it looks like it’s going to be an exciting time. got in too late to see the city at all, but from the sounds of it, the race is going to be amazing, and if the weather stays the same, it will be perfect.

the hotel we’re at (best western) has a computer with free internet in the lobby, and from the sounds of it, there is also wireless in the hotel as well.

Unfortnately the weather forecast for the weekend is not too good. 16-17 celcuis with rainshowers saturday and sunday. Well, depending if you like that kind of conditions. It is our normal summer here in Denmark. I hope you do like our country, allthough Fredericia is not the most exiting city we can show.
I will off-course be doing the “Vikingman” on Saturday…

you know what…the weather is perfect for the race…i don’t do well in warm weather, so 18-20 degrees and overcast is almost perfect. now…if we can just kill the wind 
it’s a beautiful country though, i’m very impressed already, and we’re off to copenhagen then sweden and stockholm next week. and so many gorgeous blondes

If you run into Henry from Ohio, wish him luck and tell him I said hi. I don’t think hes’s ever ran more than 13 miles or swam more than 1.2 at a time, he’ll need some luck. He races 50 to 54 age group and rides a cervelo.
