I’m fairly new to this sort of thing and just recorded a podcast for my coach using digidesign software, but don’t know how to post it on I-tunes. I’m using an apple computer.

I’m trying to figure this podcast thing out myself, posted here yesterday re “blog or web”, I’m probably a couple steps behind you. I think you can - or will have to - use a site such as odeo or gabcast or podbean or twango. Or you may find guidance there on how to do it direct to Itunes yourself.
Normally it starts to download a podcast - it asks or goes directly to Itunes . Also on the top tool bar click " advanced " the menu will have “subscribe to podcast” , giving you more choices . As always you can ask in the help box or go to the apple forum . To me its like TVO for radio - stop - FF .
If you have Quick time you can listen to streaming podcast .
