This is how you sign up for Norseman

Registration for Norseman Xtreme Triathlon’s 10th anniversary edition will open on October 16th at 18:00 CET.

This is NOT a “first come first serve” registration. There will be a full week to complete registration. Deadline for submitting will be October 23rd at 18:00 CET. We will publish the 2012 Race Manual on October 14th. this is mandatory reading before registering for the race.

Finally, this is what our schedule will look like over the next six weeks:

October 16th at 18:00 CET - Registration opensOctober 23rd at 18:00 CET - Registration closesOctober 31th completion of elite selectionWeekend of November 4th, lotteryWeekend of November 4th, informing the lucky and not so lucky

This is so awesome. If I had the means, I would absolutely do this as my first 140.6 event.
