How to Change a Flat Tire -- My first Vlog!

Hey everyone!

I put this little video together (http://runningwithdoggies.blogspot.com/2011/11/how-to-change-flat-tire-my-first-vlog.html) to help out a couple of friends who have had difficulty changing flats. I know that when I got into triathlon, learning how to change a flat was VERY intimidating. And, when I changed my first one (all by myself!) I felt so empowered. I made this video to show those newer to triathlon/cycling that you CAN change a flat and that it isn’t that big a deal at all. :slight_smile:

This is my first vlog, and I was a bit nervous and forgot to mention a couple of things (like checking to see if your tube is pinched between tire and rim after you’ve put in the new tube), but whatever!

So I wanted to give you guys a little update…
